With 65% percent of the Afghan population under the age of 25, make higher education is very important for the future of the country. Therefore HFCC is working with many universities and other higher education institutions to enroll students in universities from districts. HFCC has been able to enroll over 500 male and female students in higher education and will continue to enroll more.
